Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Ampla Travels Ltd. By making a booking, paying an invoice or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully; they include important information about payments, changes, cancellations and liability.

Quotations are valid only until ticketing or written confirmation; airfares and availability can change at any time before payment is completed. A booking is confirmed only when payment is received and a confirmation or e-ticket is issued. Prices are quoted in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise, and payment may be made by card, bank transfer or other supported methods.

Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator or insurer, which may include penalties or make a fare wholly non-refundable. Ampla's own service fees cover work performed and are non-refundable once a service (such as visa documentation review or ticketing) has commenced. Where a refund is due from a supplier, we will pursue it diligently and pass it to you as soon as it is received.

Visa and entry decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority. Ampla provides preparation and submission support in good faith but cannot guarantee approval, and government or embassy fees are not refundable in the event of refusal. It remains the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport (generally with at least six months' validity), required visas and health documentation for their journey.

Ampla acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers, whose own conditions of carriage and service apply to your booking. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including airline schedule changes, weather, strikes or government actions — though we will always assist in rearranging affected travel. Our total liability for any booking shall not exceed the service fees paid to Ampla for that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. For questions about these terms, contact hello@amplatravels.com.
